An opportunity to reflect in nature. Bring a book, journal, or just your thoughts. Led by Lakeside Lab’s own, Leah VanSyckel. Nature is proven to lower the stress hormone, cortisol. Take this opportunity to unplug and unwind! Come early and enjoy a cup of coffee with the students and interns!
