Tails of a Wildlife Biologist – Vince Evelsizer

There are times when animal behavior is very predictable, and there are times when it is not! Same for us humans. Oftentimes, when a situation arises between a human and an animal, our job is to navigate both the animal’s behavior and the human’s behavior in finding a successful conflict resolution. Sometimes, that is relatively easy, and other times it isn’t so easy. It makes for some interesting stories, for sure. This talk will cover some of those interesting stories and explain why and how they happened. This talk will hopefully provide a fun and interesting way for the listeners (students, especially) to learn and think about wildlife behavior.
